We ship worldwide.
All timings are estimated, and depend on your local delivery service.
Orders made before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Next Day Shipping Orders completed by 3pm Monday-Thursday to arrive the next working day. Orders placed on Friday must be completed by 12pm to arrive Monday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Customers in the UK or EU will not receive any additional fees upon delivery. Please contact us if you are charged import duty within the EU.
We will not be able to track orders shipped on Standard Services. We advise international customers to select Tracked Shipping.

We advise customers to select tracked or express shipping services for full shipping information. Tracking numbers are not generated unless customers select tracked shipping at checkout.
We are unable to refund any lost orders where Standard Shipping has been selected.

Information on EU/Brexit:
All orders are shipped from Northern Ireland. Customers in the UK & EU will not recieve any additional import fees.
If you have been charged fees as a result of a mistake by Royal Mail please contact us.

Lost / Delayed orders
Due to postal fraud we are unable to refund for lost or delayed orders. Please get in touch if your order is delayed or you think it may be lost so that we can assist you.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14 day returns policy on non-sale items (excluding items bought through discounts). This applies to both unwanted and faulty items. For sale and discounted items we can sort size exchanges or process store credit notes for later use.
To initiate a return click here. You'll need your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation email. Please note requests made after 14 days of receiving your item will be rejected.
Following the initiation of a return UK customers will have a further 14 days to ensure the safe return of the items to us. International Customers will have 1 month. Items must be returned at the customer's expense in a perfect resaleable condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn or had tags removed.
International returns should be marked 'Returned Goods' on the package.
Once the goods have been received and processed by our warehouse team, we will issue the refund via the original form of payment.
If your return is found to be in an unsaleable condition, you will be given the option of it being returned to you at your expense, or having a fee applied of 25% to cover our cleaning costs, the rest will be delivered as store credit.
Please ensure the goods are shipped safely as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit. We highly recommend a tracked service with proof of postage.
We do not cover the cost of getting the return back to us, but in the case of an exchange we will cover the shipping cost when we send the new item(s) out.
Where we have sent your order to you, refunds exclude all shipping costs. If your order previously qualified for free shipping but no longer qualifies due to a return of items, the cost of shipping your items may be deducted from the value of your refund.
