Please note that due to current delays in both local and global shipping we have been advised to allow additional time for orders to be processed and arrive at destination. We advise customers to select tracked or express shipping services for full shipping information. Tracking numbers are not generated unless customers select tracked shipping at checkout.
Information on Brexit: All orders to the EU under €150 should not incur import tax. If you are asked to pay any import taxes or VAT please email email@example.com with a valid receipt - we are doing our best to ensure that customers in the EU are not charged anything extra. We will update this information as we learn more, feel free to email us with any questions.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14 day returns policy on non-sale items. This applies to both unwanted and faulty items. For sale items we can sort size exchanges or process store credit notes for later use.
To initiate a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, within 14 days of receiving your item. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Items must be returned at the customer's expense in a perfect resaleable condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn or had tags removed.
Once the goods have been received and processed by our warehouse team, we will issue the refund via the original form of payment. Please ensure the goods are shipped safely as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
We do not cover the cost of getting the return back to us, but in the case of an exchange we will cover the shipping cost when we send the new item(s) out. Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
