Production Manager

SCRT®️, East London-based fashion brand, is seeking a part or full-time Production Manager to join our creative team at our Hackney studio.
This role is central to the coordination of our photoshoots, events, and production logistics. Ensuring projects runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.

The Role

Salary: Experience Dependant
Schedule: Part Time / Full Time

 

Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the logistics of photoshoots, events, and production schedules.
    • Liaise with photographers, stylists, models, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
    • Support creative direction and shoot planning. Locations, props, call sheets, and timelines.
    • Oversee sample organisation, garment preparation, and shoot-day logistics.
    • Track project budgets, supplier costs, and delivery timelines.
    • Assist with event production. Launches, pop-ups, and brand activations.
    • Maintain clear communication between creative, design, and operations teams.

 

Requirements:

    • 3+ Years experience managing or coordinating photoshoots, productions, or events.
    • Highly organised with strong multitasking and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing timelines.
    • Confident liaising with suppliers, freelancers, and talent.
    • Strong sense of initiative and ability to anticipate team needs.
    • Interest in streetwear, film, and creative culture.

 

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Asana, or other project management tools.
  • Experience in content production or creative direction.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
