HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES & OUR FESTIVE HOURS 

As the holiday season approaches, we want to make sure your packages arrive on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping deadlines and hours over Christmas and New Year’s. 

Holiday Shipping Deadlines 

We suggest shipping no later than these deadlines to make sure everything arrives on time.

UK Shipping: December 19th. 

UK Next Day Shipping: December 21st by 7am. 

International Shipping (Europe): December 16th. 

After these dates, please use in-store pickups. 

For all other international deliveries, the window for guaranteed Christmas delivery has now closed due to shipping time limits. We'll still do our best, but packages sent at this point may not make it in time. Since delivery times depend on the receiver's carrier, we recommend keeping an eye on your parcel’s tracking for the updates. 

Please note that these dates are advised by our courier, but not guaranteed. We suggest ordering your Christmas gifts early, get tracking details on all orders, and to befriend your local postman! :)) 

Our Holiday Hours 

We're here to help you throughout the holiday season, but just a heads-up—our store will have adjusted opening hours. 

Christmas Eve, December 24th: 11am-3pm

Christmas Day, December 25th: Closed

Boxing Day, December 26th: 12pm-6pm 

New Year’s Eve, December 31st: 11am-7pm

New Year’s Day, January 1st: Closed 

January 2nd: 11am-6pm 

Back to Normal, January 3rd: 11am-7pm
