STORE MANAGER:  Redchurch Street, Shoreditch

Be part of our growing London retail and events team.

Since opening our first permanent store in 2020, our Redchurch St. store has become a key part of the brand, hosting product launches, screenings, events and our day-to-day retail operation.

We’re now looking for a new Store Manager to lead the Shoreditch store and retail team, build on its performance and help shape what comes next.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the store.

THIS INCLUDES:

• Leading, supporting and developing the retail team.
• Driving sales and delivering a considered, personal customer experience.
• Maintaining high standards across the store and visual merchandising.
• Supporting launches, screenings, events and activations.
• Feeding customer, product and retail insights back into the wider team and
• Helping us improve what we do.
• Making sure the you, the staff and the store continues to properly represent SCRT®.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 5+ years experience in fashion retail.
• Previous Store Manager experience within premium fashion retail.
• A track record of leading teams and exceeding targets.
• Experience driving sales and customer experience.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• This is a full-time retail role and includes weekend working, alongside occasional evening events and activations.

We’re still a small, independent team, so understanding who are we matters. You should have:

• A good understanding of SCRT®
• A genuine love of film.
• Knowledge of the culture and community around the brand
• A desire to contribute to what we’re building and grow with the brand.
• The confidence and adaptability to work within a small team.

DETAILS:

Full-time only.

Salary dependent on experience.
