Studio Assistant Internship

SCRT®, East London based fashion brand, is seeking a new part-time Studio Assistant Intern to join a highly creative workspace at our Hackney studio. You will be a central component working alongside the studio team on a 3 month placement. Please note all application requirements at bottom of the page.

Days are flexible but this is not a remote role.

The Role

• 3 month placement on Living Wage
• 3 day flexible week
• Assisting in Design Projects: Support the Design team in research and development of seasonal collections
• Asset Creation: Develop assets and treatments to support the design of apparel and accessories
• Customer Service: Assisting team in answering customer queries, handling exchanges and refunds
• Website Admin: Preparation of website back of house ahead of capsule launches
• Logistics Support: Tracking of sample deliveries, ensuring targets are met
• Production Support: Preparation of design files, ensuring quality and accuracy before handover
• Image Editing: Supporting the creation and edit for weekly content and seasonal lookbooks 

Required Skills

• Keen Interest in Streetwear, Mens/Womenswear
• Highly Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Organised and driven
• Understanding of Brand Identity principles and ability to maintain consistency across design
• Personally developed graphical identity
• Proactive in sticking to deadlines and ensuring team targets are met
