Studio & Operations Coordinator

SCRT®, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio & Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Hackney studio. This role is key to keeping both our production and customer-facing operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, customers are supported, and launches go smoothly.

The Role
Hourly Rate: £14–18 (experience dependent)
Schedule: 3–4 days per week (11am–6pm)
Location: In-studio, East London

Responsibilities

Production & Logistics

• Chase suppliers for updates and support payment coordination
• Manage stock and shipping logistics
• Oversee booking-in processes with our warehouse partner
• Communicate delivery timelines and updates to the wider team
  
• Participate in weekly production meetings and support launch planning

E-Commerce Support

• Maintain accurate product information on our webstore

• Assist with Shopify product setup and launch tasks
• Create and upload journal posts and product descriptions

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries via Gorgias and Instagram DMs
• Maintain a consistent and helpful tone in line with SCRT®’s voice
• Troubleshoot order and shipping issues

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Experience with Shopify, Google Suite, and customer service tools (e.g. Gorgias)
• Interest in streetwear, independent fashion, and creative culture
• A self-starter with the confidence to chase, follow up, and keep things moving

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with shipping platforms and warehouse management
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Asana, or similar tools
• Basic image or content editing
